I have been a customer of Joanne Fabrics for many years and have used the same company credit card over and over again! I am an activity director at a senior living community and we are great customers. Today, after spending 2 hours shopping in the store, they would not take my credit card because they have new credit card machines and I have no pin number. It is a credit card. Not a debit. The manager, Rachel, was very rude and nonchalant! When I asked her for someone to talk to she informed me she was the manager there and there was no one else. I asked her to put the card thru manually, she refused to try! I pressed her and she finally gave me the number for customer service. I called and they said they knew nothing about the new card system! Really folks? I will shop elsewhere and share my experience with all the other activity directors in the area. Thanks for wasting hours of my time!
