Loyal Smilebox customer for 15 years. Great for digital sends, but that's it. Printing at home function very cumbersome when it does work and seems to not communicate well with my printer as it keeps changing my print parameters. I was a premium member which allows me to print at home. However, the print function is hidden and is not accessed in the way their help section describes. When I finally found the hidden "print button," it was spinning (along with the download button) and continued to spin for hours despite several computer reboots. The program is sluggish and runs very slowly. My computer is 3 months old and is a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 11 and is lightning fast with every other program and application. Contacted customer service via e-mail and phone. Got a text message that they don't offer phone support. Received e-mail that basically sent me back to their help section. I indicated that I found the button, but the print and download functions were not available to me as they kept spinning. Never heard back from them, despite me saying that my project was time-sensitive and I needed a swifty resolution. Cancelled my subscription and used Canva's free trial to do in 12 minutes what Smilebox couldn't do in 30 hours. Canva will have my business from this day forward.

Tried to purchase items online. Had a huge order in cart amounting to nearly $1000. 00. Clicked PayPal to pay, and then submitted order. All appeared to go through. But noticed I hadn't gotten a receipt or order no. By email. So returned to website and re-placed the order. Same thing happened. Did it a third time. This time it just spontaneously emptied my cart. Called customer service. Rep wouldn't allow me to finish a complete sentence. After many attempts to finish my thought (some 8 minutes later), I finally got the question out. She responded that my computer must have timed out. She was curt and rude. I was calling to, No. 1, see if there was an issue with their website at the moment. And if so, I would try at a later time. And No. 2, if there was no apparent website issue, I wanted to know what I might be doing wrong. BTW, I do all my shopping online and have for the past 15 years. And I have never encountered such an issue. So I retry placing the order one more time. This time, I get to checkout, but it doesn't allow me to submit order and gives me an error message stating that they cannot ship to my address. So this time, I contact Forever 21 via Live Chat. Rep snidely tells me to read the shipping info on their website (which I had). Then, she tells me that they cannot deliver to PO boxes. I tell her I don't have a PO box and entered a physical address. She again tells me that they cannot deliver to a PO box, to which I tell her again that I do not have a PO box. Then, she tells me that it's because my PayPal address does not match the address I have entered, to which I respond that I only have one address and have entered the same address as the one listed on PayPal. She then tells me to just try using a credit card. So I try a credit card to no avail. So I tried PayPal again to no avail. Plus, every time I try to submit payment, my cart gets emptied. I have been trying to place an order now for 3 days! So I try one last time (the 7th attempt) -- and this time, my order has shrunk from $1000. 00 to approximately $200.00 because I was running through the site adding only the essentials as quickly as possible lest it time out again, and this time it went through! Ugh! When I received my order number, I responded to the sender with my issues to alert them of a potential problem with their site and the issue of their rude service reps. I get an email back that they are not customer service, and that I need to go to their website to contact customer service. I guess my expectation that they would forward my concerns to the appropriate person was too great. Will not shop again. I logged in to Justice's site and placed my $1000. 00 order with them.
