I placed an order for a Max Mara camel coat on 29/1/24. It arrived damaged with pulled fabric in several places. I immediately took the photos of the damaged coat and informed Coggles of this and that I will be immediately returning the coat. I was asked to pay for the return postage myself. The item was returned by the Royal Mail tracking and the tracking number indicated the returned item was received back in their warehouse on 3/2/24. However I am still waiting for the refund to be made. Today I received an email from
Coggless informing me that they received the coat.However that it was received damaged in their warehouse which is why the refund has not been made. I replied immediately to Coggles stating that it was me who reported the coat as damaged on arrival and that is why I sent it back.
The whole experience has been stressful and unpleasant causing a lot of unnecessary anxiety and back and forth communication with multiple online agents. The Coggles customer services is beyond terrible.By far the worst online shopping experience to date. AVOID!

“I too am disgusted by on-line shopping apps that have the worst customer service support help. Thet need to have the upper management team work as online support crews so tgey can see the different issues their employees have while working.”
