Placed first order on Nov 26, but got an email 9 days before delivery that the jersey was out of stock.
Placed a second order on Dec 20 the jersey was back in stock so I paid extra for 3-7 business shipping days. Well, the order doesn't ship until after the processing time.
Called on Dec 26 to cancel my order, and the rep I spoke to told me it has been 6 days since I placed my order so I can't cancel. So I ask where on your website it says that. I was told well 30 mins after I place the order, again I ask where on the site it says that. After a few mins of asking the same questions, a cancellation order was placed in 24-48 hours I will get an email.
Here we are over 48 hours later and no email. I was told that I would just have to wait until the order is shipped and then I can return it (lol). Speaking to a manager and was told that the cancellation department is busy so wait 3 more days and they will get back to me.
So, basically, you place an order with a 3rd party that deals with the manufacturer. Just spoke with another supervisor Patrice who told me I have 2 options.
Option 1, call back on Jan 18 and place a cancellation order ( 2 shipping date
Option 2, wait until I receive the jersey and ship it back to them.
The jersey is still in processing and they won't cancel it.
