Ordered a pair of Saucony shoes that were on sale on June 19 and didn't receive any notification about their status for weeks. I called multiple times to check my order but it was still not fulfilled. I finally was able to get a hold of customer service today on July 14 and was informed that there had not been any movement on the shipment since the confirmation date so we went ahead and cancelled it. My refund is pending at the moment. Very unlikely I'll use this service again in the future.
Tip for consumers:
Product shipping time was unacceptable for In Store Pick-Up. Item was available at pick up store but not at the online sale price when purchased.
