I ordered a jumper from Les 100 Ciels at Christmas. It was shipped via Royal Mail and was looking like it would be late after it had not turned up within 3 days. I emailed the website and got an immediate answer. They shipped me another item that day via next day delivery. The service was great - very professional and helpful. And I loved the jumper when it did arrive. The cashmere is extremely good quality. I highly recommend.
