Despite countless chasing, back and forth emails, and "investigations" which made no sense and amounted to nothing, my order didn't arrive and neither did the promised replacement. Finally got PayPal involved after 4 frustrating months to get my money back. It's a shame because they look great, but the customer service was appalling.
