First of all I'd like to state that this was a custom order as I found nothing to suit my fancy. This order started around May 2017 to be worn at London Mcm expo in the October of that year. Why is this review so late you wonder? Because I've only just received the replacement of the first pieces that were late, missing and wrong.

The costume was for Overwatch a Widowmaker suit, armour and weapon. They quoted me approx £700 for it all.

They knew my deadline and had months to prepare for it. I had no costume for the convention and when it finally arrived months later it was just a modified cheap printed suit with the front and arms cut off. (Not sure why the arms were cut off. This was NOT part of the spec but this will also not be the only time it was wrong). The armour was dented and broken, made poorly and the shoes were too small for me. Zips snapped off, the helmet was just a piece of foam that was heavily dented, the thigh bag was missing and the gun was not the one I asked for. For an order that was late I was definitely not happy. I contacted support who said that the broken items will be replaced and the suit will be too.

At the time of writing its July 2018. That's over 1 year for them to sort their mess out.
The replacements received today are of slightly better quality than previously. The helmet has a spot for a battery for LEDs which is cool, and not tested so I won't be holding my breath on that one. The shoulder pad attaches with elastic, and if you widows shoulder guard, this will not be a good fit, and it sticks up or falls down.
Neck armour is missing. Bag is non functional. It's glued down for some reason. Shoes have spikes missing, checked the box many times, definitely not there. Gun looks fantastic, some pieces falling off though, nothing glue can't fix.

The suit they made stinks of sweat and has the bobbles that jumpers/sweaters get all over it. It's definitely been worn before by someone and not washed before posting which is disgusting. Again the arms are missing from it, which as stated in the original spec that they were to be included. The only thing I didn't want was a panel at the front of the suit.
They also included a second suit which is actually the reference photo I supplied to them, but is not made by them. It was kindly supplied by the original maker of the suit. Sadly it's too small for me, but I'm hoping I can fix it.

My experience with cosrea has been a nightmare to say the least. But the positive thing about them is their customer services advisor is very friendly and speaks excellent English, and kept in contact with me the entire time when I wanted an update. It's a shame the quality of the items does not match what they state on the website.

Please avoid this company because if you ever receive anything, it will be wrong and late. I've had better experiences from greedy commissions and aliexpress sellers.

As a small custom workshop, we know that we still have much to learn and improve everyday,
And your feedback helps us with that.

We do apologize very sincerely for the production time frame it took to re-create the complete costume set for you.
Custom armors and custom costumes processes are complex and we are still working on being able to offer both custom services
And a faster turnaround time.

We do want to chime in on the situation as well and add in a little bit of our feedback
To the situation.

The original order did arrived late and with fitting issues, that was our fault completely and we do very
Much apologize about that.

Upon confirming that a replacement order would be put in for the customer, we also offer to include in a additional staff prop
As our way of apologizing for the trouble.

We begin production as quickly as we could, with the staff and the replacement pulser gun prop completing first.
We made sure to send completion and packaging photos for customer's approval before shipping it.

At that time, prop shipment did become difficult with custom inspection requests.
So it took us two tries to get the gun prop through custom and successfully delivered. Customer was happy with the prop received per Email feedback.

The complete armor was finished first and we provided completion photos for customer's review and approval
Before we being packaging.

The final piece was the bodysuit, which we do admit that we bumped into delay on the digital print request
And also the custom material request.
That and both are 100% our fault and mistake, we very much apologize about that and have taken the time to reflect on that to make sure
It doesn't happen again.

At the time of the replacement request, customer provided us with a photo of a specific bodysuit.
The details are unique per the amazing design work of the workshop who designed it. And right at the end, we were able to find the workshop
Who made it and had one made for the customer.

Completion photos were sent for approval prior to shipment and once customer gave us the go, we shipped as quickly as we could.

By no means are we pushing off any responsibility, we do very much appreciate how much the customer worked with us on the
Replacement process.
And we are very very sad that we didn't meet her expectation.

But we do want to show that, even if we are still learning, we would never hestitate to go the extra distance to do our very best
To help in every way we can.

I signed up for the two week trial to watch anime. After noticing they didn't have the shows I wanted I cancelled my trial. However, behind my back they have been taking £4.99 a month despite my cancellation, I have attempted to cancel 4 or 5 times with no prevail. Had to then contact PayPal and file dispute. Do not go premium unless you want an infinite membership or know how to cancel payments on your end.

My friend also purchased a figure from their site who crunchy roll then signed them up for the two week trial which you cannot cancel. Same problems on their end. Scam site.
