What started as a decent work experience as their dental technician turned out not so well. I understand they now have a position to fill but I'm very disappointed in how this has become. Gave my written notice let them know I appreciated working there and then my employer at southside would not pay or allow me to use my PTO or sick leave for a surgery recovery as per contract because i gave my written notice. I was intimidated into verbally agreeing to end my employment sooner and then both dentists failed to stand by either written agreement. This is discrimination and I will be taking this issue to court.
