This company has ridiculous customer service and is very unprofessional. I ordered from them during the pandemic and my order took 3 weeks to get to me. I emailed them numerous times without a response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was the pandemic and I ordered from them again over 3 weeks ago. I have still not received my juice and I get no replies to my emails. (It's been over 3 weeks since I placed my order) They do not provide you with a tracking number that actually works. I have ordered from numerous e-juice companies and have never had any issues. I always get anything I order within a week or less. I urge people not to order from this company. I'm not sure what they have going on there but they definitely don't care about their customers.

Tip for consumers:
If you want your order and a timely manner, do not order from this company. I've had to go spend money to purchase the things that were on my order just so I could have it.
