But when me and a friend of mine went to play they were booked up for the night which was fine but the way the guy told us was absolutely rude and unnecessary. He looked at us like we were complete trash. We then just decided to play giant Jenga and were waiting the whole time we were there (an hour and a half) for someone to come ask if we wanted something to eat or drink and not one of the severs came over.

Initially I did not receive points in the Just Play app, for taking the hair quiz. A simple email to customer support solved my problem quicker than I thought it would. I first received an email saying it would be sometime between today and three days I would get another one with the solution. About 20 minutes later I received a notification that I had received my points on the just play app. Grateful for the prompt and thorough services! :)
