We emailed and called asking them to cancel our services. They never returned our emails or calls. We did this for over 6 months. We continued to pay every month. Then finally got sick of it and called our credit card and put a stop on it. We then received a letter saying that we owe them money because our credit card company took the money back from them for 3 of those months. The letter stated we would be going to collections. I called and spoke to them and they said they never received a call or email. They admitted they don't return a lot of calls and emails because they get too many. During the 6 months we had them, not once did we receive a resume. Waste of money!
