I ordered an anniversary towel, which would have been perfect for what I wanted had there not been an error on the printing, not the personalised detail but the actual text on the towel
I queried this several times and every time the only reply was that this is how it is printed and they couldn't do anything about it. Why are they knowingly producing things with spelling mistakes?
I couldn't have a refund because it was personalised (the personalised part wasn't actually the problem), but I could have a discount on something else! Why would I waste more money with the company?
I didn't actually want a refund, I wanted a properly printed towel
