When it flooded in Houston in August 2021 the cover to my headlight washer came off in the flood water. I immediately called the dealership to ask how to fix it and got the runaround for a long time. I left several voicemail messages for the Advisor and also the Service Manager many times without receiving a single call back. This went on for three plus months.

I was finally able to speak to Alison Hickman in early November who cared about my poor experience to date. She offered her help, but when I arrived at the Service Center they didn't have all of the parts needed to fix the problem. This was a 45 minute drive to the service location and another 45 minutes drive back to my house with no resolution that day. Their new service location is not at the dealership and very, very far from Central Houston.

I was finally contacted again by Alison to resolve the problem on December 15th. She arranged valet service. She then had a family emergency this week and Michelle Palin stepped in.

Michelle was able to resolve the issues with my vehicle that should have been resolved in one day, but since the parts still needed to be ordered, I wasn't able to have my car back for three days. Not her fault, but this whole experience is very troubling.

I will never again return to this dealership for repairs. I have purchased two vehicles here over the years and will never buy one from them again because of this experience.
