I ordered a Brother printer last week - there was no shipping estimate at the time I ordered, and no mechanism for speaking with a customer service rep 'live'. This was a red flag that I failed to take note of.
It's now 5 days later, the printer hasn't shipped, I emailed customer support and they acknowledged that they actually don't have the printer - might have it in 3 weeks. They offered to cancel the order - so, a 'take it or leave it' approach to customer service. Do not buy from this company!
