My rebate was received by them 11/4/22 according to customer service, today is 2/21/23 and I'm told to STILL wait longer. 28 weeks from the date they received the rebate form. WHAT A JOKE

If you sign up for a trial membership you will get zero messages, then when it expires they send fake messages to get you to pay. Luckily I have amex and easily disputed the charge. It's a scam!

Twice in my first 2 months of unlimited I place an order online and am not notified for TWO days that there is something that wasn't in stock. So instead of receiving my order tomorrow which would've happened had someone immediately notified me so I could pick something else), now I have zero items to wear when I am paying for an "unlimited" monthly subscription. When contacting customer service they make zero effort to keep me as a customer. Bye!

I bought the "doorbuster deal" for a supposedly authentic Celine bag. Bag is a bad fake. The silver stamping on the front looks bad, the heat stamp inside is crooked, the dustbag isn't even the same felt material as an authentic. How are they still selling counterfeit bags, it's illegal?!

I've used several of these discounted online giftcard sites and this is the worst. All other sites send the e-card within hours, so far it's been a day and nothing. Raise.com also offers $5 discounts on cards, use them instead.

1st purchase was a $550 Gucci bag. I messaged the seller 3 x's following purchase with no response, then bag shows up damaged with no shipment notification or tracking. Tradesy has no control over the seller. Returned the bag for a refund.
2nd purchase a $1500 Celine phantom, bag was a BAD fake! It had the classic seam across the bottom of replicas. Returned the bag for a refund.

Tradesy's sellers ship the item direct to you so YOU have to authenticate the bag. What if I didn't know the Celine was a fake? I'd be stuck with a $1500 replica.

Thank you for your review. I apologize for the negative experience you had with your Tradesy purchases. Tradesy will always stand by our authenticity guarantee. If you receive a replica item, that is grounds for a full reimbursement. I am glad to hear that our returns team was able to provide you with said reimbursements. That being said, if someone is selling replicas on the site they are permanently removed from selling on Tradesy.

We encourage anyone who is not really familiar with the product they are purchasing to have the item sent into Tradesy for review. It is free of charge, and while it may take a little time, it's better to have the peace of mind knowing the item you have is exactly what you meant to purchase. While our authenticators take a close look at the photos of items listed on the site, every now and then a seller may send out something that is different from the photos they listed. That is why our authenticators offer the service previously mentioned.
