I've worked in customer service my whole life and Cayden had the worst customer service for an employee trying to sell something. He gave me a quote for a moving pod, I wanted a 7x8x8 pod but he said everything was booked and that he could only give me a 26 footer for the "pod referral" price, but he accidentally didn't mute the call when he was talking to his supervisor and I heard everything about the "deal" I was getting. Obviously I'm going to shop around for other options. I don't have nearly enough stuff to fill that huge space and my furniture would be flying around in there and I had already found a different place that quoted me less. I thanked him for his quote and told him my plans to shop around. He instantly copped an attitude with me and said he doesn't understand what my problem was because he was doing me a favor with a complete mood change. He went from being really friendly to really snotty. I said that's not really how you talk to someone you're trying to sell something to. He said "whatever $#*!" and then hung up the phone.
