When we purchased our new home it needed to be completely redone.

Lisa and her team came to our home and answered all of our questions and gave us very real and practical answers (unlike many of the other companies we spoke with who were yesmen doing anything to get the sale).

After that meeting we decided we need not look elsewhere, and proceeded to enter the design process with Build Appeal.

Once the process began, the BA team guided us in picking out color themes, style, floors, countertops, backsplash etc. basically everything because my husband and I have never done any remodeling before. They always picked up the phone and even visited our home multiple times to go through our admittedly dumb questions.

Obviously with most big projects like ours there were a few hiccups and delays (largely due to the slowest process ever getting permits from the city) but the team always jumped on the chance to go out of there way adjust and accommodate every issue those arose. But in the end, we were very satisfied with the result and most importantly it was delivered within budget and within our aggressive timeline (we had a new addition to the family coming soon and needed everything in place).
