I placed an order on 6/13 and received my order 6/17. Really fast shipping, but I live in the same state they're based in so it might've just been fast for me. The prices were average, nothing came damaged, and customer service was fine. I contacted asking why I was charged for shipping because I hit the $25 minimum and met all other requirements, and they responded promptly with an updated policy stating that only certain items qualify. So one star is removed for the misleading free shipping policy. At the time it didn't say that it needed to say "FS" in the item code for it to qualify for free shipping and it turns out only one of my items qualified, but the page was updated after the interaction. And the shipping didn't cost much anyways, just $3 something, for a $25+ order.
