Called in a order on Wednesday for the next day delivery.( the worst experience ever calling in the order it took 40 minutes to place) and mid-day the next day(Thursday) they emailed me to tell me they had a problem with delivery driver. I told them they should deliver it their self because they took my $74.88 out immediately after order was placed. So on late Thursday afternoon they said they were going to give me a full refund, but that would take 5-7 days. I'm beyond furious! Not good business practices! I've run a business before, this place is completely unprofessional! Terrible Florist!
