Terrible product, design over function. Large gap even when closed so draughty. 'Lock' dials so loose that won't stay in any position. Didn't even install it. Also not slim enough for our sliding doors, which is the main reason we purchased.

Hi Sasha, I'm sorry to hear you're not pleased with your invisiflap. This pet door is designed to be nearly invisible and is targeted towards this. Also to get the pet door to fit extra low clearance sliding doors some features have been worked around. This is in fact the slimmest pet door on the market. What is the clearance you need for your slider? If you have ultra low clearance sliders you can remove the turn button locks and install it that way. Also, did you check you are installing it the right way around? One side sticks out further than the other side.
