I paid for their product, didn't work. Contacted customer service, they can hardly communicate in English and seemingly did not understand a word of my repeated emails. I spent hours trying to help them help me. They kept saying that there is nothing wrong with their system, it's essentially an error on my part and there is nothing they can do. Have not been able to use their service and they have not returned my 30USD. Definitely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an online service provider of any kind.
