BeyondMenu seems to cater to small, hole in the wall places that are not real restaurants. For example, a Hunan Delight delivery, I could not eat any of it and threw it out.

The so called "restaurants" on this site are places where you can not sit and eat. They have only take out and delivery. The food is sub par at best. Now, I am out over $51 because I was hungry and used their service to order food. If DoorDash had not had technical issues with their site, I would never have used them.

Please take note that BeyondMenu doesn't have any participation with how your orders are prepared or have any obligation to instruct restaurant owners on how they prepare their food or do their recipe. If you do have any complaints with your order we are very much happy to help you communicate it with the restaurant or even help you with your refund request simply call our Customer Service Hotline. Upon chekcing our records, we have also received the same email complaints from you via email and website messages and we have tried to reach you numerous times on your phone # but to no avail.
