I placed an order well before Thanksgiving, and my packages began to trickle in in the first week of December. First one bottle, then the next, then one of two bottles of the same thing! I waited to see if another bottle would show up separately--after all, maybe they had to source it from yet another vendor and would arrive in yet another package... It didn't. So I reached out to customer service by their preferred method--email. No word back. Left a phone message. No word back. Called again, and again, and again. Emailed again. Tried the chat function. There are so many people ahead of me in line that I'm fairly certain they're going to shut down for the day before they get to me. Yes, it's the holiday season--but every other company I do business with has in the past week gotten back to me within 24 hours when I've had an issue. Maybe these folks are all drunk...?
***Edited*** to add that once I got through to them, the person I spoke with was lovely and immediately helpful. However, the company "doesn't do expedited shipping," even when they or their vendors have screwed up your order. They would have gone a long way (and I would have deleted the negative review) if they'd just promised to get the omitted bottle here within a week.
