I bought a Hummerboard for my son last Christmas. After 2 or 3 rides, it had a malfunction. I called Phil and he answered right away, asking me to ship it so they could look at it. It only took a few days when they had it in hands, and they replaced the faulty parts. Greg even took the time to sens me a pictures and explained to me what caused the damage and how to prevent it next time. Their customer service is undoubtedly one of the best I have ever seen. I highly recommand buying from them, they really care about their customers. Great quality products, great people running this business.
Tip for consumers:
If you buy from an online company based elsewhere, you will never have the quality of their customer service. You buy from a local company, and you get the respect and service from a truly unbelievable local company. Phil and Greg are just amazing at what they do. I highly recommand buying there.
