I recently bought three pair of boots from ApparelSave (through Walmart). Two of the shoes were questionably TOOOO small. So, without thinking twice, I put them in the bag that they were sent to me in along with the original packing slip and returned them to ApparelSave. Two days after ApparelSave received my "unannounced" return they gave me a refund for one of the pair of boots but not the other. When ever I inquired about the other refund they gave me the run around: 1) We refunded you 2) Your refund is being processed 3) What is the tracking information? 4) Your refund is being process (yes they said this twice). 5) What is the tracking information? (yes, they said this twice too) 6) We don't have record of your order (yes, they actually said that) And yes, I contacted them at least 6 times about the return and the refund that they have not given me for shoes that I paid to return to them and have proof that they not only received but made the mistake of refunding me for one but not both pair of boots. By the way, they never said they did not receive them... they just gave me the run around, probably thinking that I would stop asking them. I did not stop. Avoid them. $68.99 down the drain.
