Cancelled my order, no refund issued, no response to emails.
I placed an order on January 20th and my card was charged at the time of purchase (as expected).
I had to cancel the order later that day and the cancellation was confirmed by Yanko on January 24th.
I followed up on January 28th because I only received the confirmation email and did not receive a refund.
I followed up again February 3rd with no response.
I have had no communication from Yanko other than the automated ecommerce emails.
UPDATE 2024-04-16: I had to contact my credit card company to have the charge reversed. Still haven't heard anything from Yanko.
