AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK. My daughter was taking the test when she was issued an ID check question. She accidentally clicked on the incorrect answer and without any other additional follow-up questions to confirm her ID - They failed her. Any other site knows that happens that you might forget what you put for your favorite color. They are a scam, customer service is a joke. Ashley and Hein offered no solution, no refund, no promo code for a retake exam - NOTHING. I had to call the owner's law office (Jay Bhatt) and leave a message. I had to file State complaint reports for consumer complaints due to the nature of how they handled the situation and the setup of their site. RUN - RUN - RUN.
