My experience with Brian J. Levy, Esq., of Syosset, NY was a resounding failure. Based on my interactions with Mr. Levy and the medical professionals with whom he works, he is unreliable, dishonest, irresponsible, disrespectful and unprofessional.

After being seriously injured in a car accident, I hired Mr. Levy to represent me in May 2023. Mr. Levy was both unable and unwilling to serve as a facilitator between myself and the medical professionals he referred me to. I was sent by his office to a facility in Purchase, NY to have the pre-op work done prior to my surgery on July 14 (by Dr. Yoo of New Jersey). The office in Purchase, NY refused to see me because my auto is registered out of state and they were afraid my PIP would not pay them.

Mr. Levy should have known that.

When I told him that, he suggested I use my personal insurance or pay for the procedures in cash. I told him I was uncomfortable doing that.

"What do you expect me to do," he rudely answered. "I'm a lawyer, not a doctor.".

I was then referred by Dr. Yoo of New Jersey, the surgeon with whom Mr.Levy works, to have the pre-op work completed at a clinic in White Plains, where I waited for two hours as paroles were drug tested and was never seen.

The office of Dr. Yoo never returned my calls.

During a discussion with Mr. Levy about how this was going to force me to postpone my surgery, he off-the-cuff snidely stated, "Look, I went to law school and not medical school.".

As a result of the inability of Mr.Levy or any of the medical professionals he works with, I was unable to have surgery on my fully torn rotator cuff.

I fired Brian Levy.

He is unreliable, inexperienced, rude, flaunts his law degree as if that made him better than you,.

Mr. Levy creates problems, he doesn't solve them. He is rude and impersonal. We never met or FaceTimed because he was too busy moving his office from the Bronx to Syosset.

Left behind in the Bronx were any semblance of morals, ethics, professionalism, respect and competence.

Assuming he ever had those qualities.

His act is straight out of the Saul Goodman playbook.

I wouldn't let Brian.J. Levy represent me in a case for jaywalking let alone represent me in a case involving a major auto accident in which I was badly injured..
