After paying close to $400 AUD for Skillroads.com AI' based All inclusive package'. I'm left with a product I can't use, $400 AUD out of pocket and back where I started!

What's worse, I paid extra to receive an express turnaround service between 24-48hrs to apply for a job that closed in 3 days time.

Not only did I miss the cutoff for that particular job, I receive a message saying it will take them a minimum of 3-4 days to produce a 1 page Resume? Some 7 days later I received a Resume that I can't even use. To say I'm
Less than impressed is an understatement.

The resume I received has numerous formatting errors, grammar and spelling mistakes. I complained to receive a reply that the writer was very busy and they were sorry.

I received a templated Cover & Thank you letter which wasn't even personalised to match my resume and extremely basic.

I requested a refund to receive an offer of 20% refund or a 30% credit to use their services again.

I certainly won't be using this service again, nor will I be recommending it to anyone.

Save your money and looking into other options.
