On Nov. 28 I ordered a hat from their signature line ( was supposed to be autographed) for $27.00. Two weeks later we still didn't receive any tracking info but they took the money from my account. They contacted us and said the hat had not been autographed yet due to one of the members being away. It would be sent as soon as possible. We told them it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and would like to receive it as soon as possible. Christmas came and no hat! Four weeks later we contacted them and asked for more info or we were going to dispute this transaction with our bank and the Better Business Bureau. They said they would refund the money and that was it... no apology, no reconciliation, no customer service. Still have not received refund 1/2/2019. STAY AWAY!
