Very rarely do I rant in this forum, but I wanted to save anyone the dissatisfaction of what I have experienced with Care.com. I have been looking for a sitter for my son and was referred to them by a friend. Upon signing up, I inputted all my information, requirements, etc. After a week, I needed to revise a few points only to find that their site does not offer any revisions. I then went to the site to contact customer service only to find that their system is automated and that the only interaction with customers is through email. There is no personalization for their service on any level as well as a tremendous lack of compassion for customers and clients. OK. I'm done!
