I placed an order for a king sized comforter on December 20,2015. I checked the order status online several times and it always said "processing". On January 22nd, 2016 I sent an email to customer care asking about the status. Got a response saying "We apologize for the delay you had in this order. Please allow us 24-48hrs and we will update you with the tracking number for this." I asked for an update again 2 weeks later and got no response. As of today, March 14th, 2016, I requested they cancel the order and refund my payment. Will see what happens. Would steer clear of these folks.
