The quality was good, but there was a sizing issue. I found your service rep less than helpful when I asked about sizing. I do not think your sizing chart with Cahill Hats is particularly accurate. That being said, your customer service rep was indifferent and lacked suggestions. I will return and try a size smaller. I buy a lot of hats and I think your sizing may too generous, but the smaller may fit. This is not thanks to your customer service rep, but because I would really like the hat. Enough to incur an extra $27 charge for return postage.
