“No way to contact platform and buyer unresponsive”

I did a job on this site that started out at (4) hours installing a Cisco webex dual 70" inch the buyer had no clue what the site was like and it took over 20 hours as construction wasn't done right. So now the buyer is unresponsive and the form of contact for the site doesn't work.
