I have been a satisfied customer up to this point. That said in November of 23 I purchased several t-shirts and one has a faded flag on it. Obviously and oversight in the production and quality departments and it slipped through. I thought no problem they have their guarantee.
It is a bull#*!@ guarantee though. In this case they want me to purchase a return label for $10 for a $28 shirt making my total investment in the shirt $38 for their mistake? How does that work? Not to mention the red tape that will no doubt be involved.
I have purchased my last items from here. Having served in the Infantry I'll buy shirts somewhere else and het them screen printed myself!
