We have had an extremely disappointing experience with Robot My Life. We bought an Ultentic T10 from them at the end of November 2022. Whilst it worked well for the first month or so, it has been nothing but problems since. The unit gets 'lost' and can't find its way back to the base station. It clears the map on the app, and we have to have it do an auto clean, remap the entire house, and then set up the zones again. It has stopped increasing suction when going on the carpet. The LiDAR stopped working, and we were told to repair it ourselves. We now have a motor error. It still works occasionally, but leaves clumps of dust and hair around. It's a lemon. When we asked Robot My Life for a replacement, they told us to send the unit in for repair, which would take 3-4 weeks. One month out of a 12-month warranty for repair is ludicrous. We are extremely sceptical that they will able to repair the unit, as it seems to be problematic from an electronic, LiDAR, app, AND motor perspective. We feel very strongly that the unit should be replaced. Not recommended.
