In order to cancel you have to call or email, once you do so you are placed in a long wait queue for hours and sometimes days. Once the agent calls you back you are offered other plans and are treated as if you are the problem if you wish to cancel and get a refund if you were already charged. If you successfully dispute the charge with your bank and charges get removed you will see them charge your account again the next day. This is horrible and I hope nobody else gets trapped into this scam funnel.
