I am a professional mobile device repair shop and I ordered an iPad LCD screen at 1:40pm PST on a Wednesday from their website because on every webpage it says that if an order is placed by 5pm PST that they will ship it out same day. So I placed the order with Priority Mail, which was an extra cost because I needed the LCD screen by Friday or Saturday at the absolute latest for a customer. I didn't get any email from them other than the generic order email, which did NOT show a tracking number. Long story short, they never sent the item out and finally on Monday they said: "Your order is showing as being high risk. We will ship as soon as it is resolved."
Absolutely no reason for this so I told them to just cancel the order, but they ended up costing me the repair with the customer since I didn't get the part like their website promises.
