I received a gift card for $100 and it was issued by giftcard.com. I never used it and when i was going to use it they said declined. So i check on the web site and i had to activate the card. After activating the card it says that the balance was zero because they charged some dormant fees. What a crap. If the card is not active why would charge dormant fees. So basically once someone buys a card the card should be active, you should not have to activate the card. So never by from them. Then i have another card for $100 also not activated and somebody charged $75 for a purchase on ebay. How is that possible if the card is not active.
Tip for consumers:
Even when to talk to the supervisor they will just say what ever the first agent said. Maybe they just transfer the call to some else and they do not have supervisor to escalate the issue to
