Order 60 dollars of makeup. Over a month and it's still not here.It saying it shipped on the 12 of Feb. It's now the 1st of March and still no sign of my order. It's so upsetting because I ordered once before and I never had issues but at this point it beyond a joke.

In addition, we received an official statement notice from our carrier that all shipping carriers are experiencing 6-8 weeks delays in shipping due to the coronavirus, therefore it is likely that your package is still in transit. Many countries have suspended mail services or are currently on lockdown, therefore the flight and transit routes are heavily affected with many port closures. For this reason, we are expecting a few weeks delay due to not having airports for packages to transit. Please kindly continue to monitor the tracking and allow more time for your package to arrive.
