This is an update to my review written a couple days ago. I went to Bark yesterday, signed in and began looking for a ink to delete my account. There is none so, I called the number listed. Next, there was a recording of a male with an English accent. Could barely understand a word he said.

I was then given a series of options to connect with customer service and pressed #2. The phone rang and rang and rang. I hung up. Maybe 30 minutes later decided to try again. This time I pressed #4.

A lady with an English accent answered. Told her that I want to delete my account and gave my account info. She could see where I had gone in and changed all account info in my feeble attempt to delete.

I told her that because there is no link to delete the account myself, I entered the information "CANCEL MY ACCOUNT." She told me that one has to call to delete. She was very nice, cordial and professional deleting my account while on the phone with her. That was yesterday.

Today I check my email account and there were NO spam emails from Bark. Usually there are 20 or more scam tire kicker request notifications. I am free. Successfully removed myself from them and their emails that I never signed up for.

And thank you to the Bark rep who handled everything so swiftly.

I never signed up for Bark but yet started receiving emails from them. I answered one lead. Most of these people making Bark requests are just tire kickers. Meanwhile, you have spent money to respond to a request.

Today I received a bark request for "robbie". Reading the job description I realized right off the bat that "robbie" is a scammer. He uses different names but the MO is the same. I've been contacted by scammers like robbie using the same scam.

Here's how robbie's scam works:
He says he is starting a new business and needs a website built. He wants it to look like a website that he gives you the link to. So, you go to the website then send him a quote. He accepts! Then he emails you that he will pay MORE than your estimate but you must send the overage to his "partner" who has all the files to send to you to begin work. That's when I knew this "robbie" is a scammer.

He has contacted me several times over the past several years and now see that he/she/it is using Bark to advance the scam. This tells me that Bark DOES NOT check for legitimacy.

Glad I only spent money once. I answered a few free barks but never heard back. They are in Britain. If you're in the US and respond to a bark you will pay exchange rate fees.

Stay away from Bark for leads. The leads most often are bogus tire kickers and Bark does not vet them for legitimacy.

Was about to purchase a pair of shoes when I said to myself better check reviews first. Boy, am I glad I did! For those who have been ripped off contact your credit card company, file a complaint and do a charge back. By LAW they have to return your money. When JustFab's bank gets enough of those they will shut down their ability to take credit cards. Visa and Mastercard does not play the game JustFab is playing.

Thanks for being here and stopping me from making a horrible mistake! I will NOT be doing any business with these people.

After working with a client's YEXT account, I became a Certified Yext Partner and now offer it as a new service to my clients. I tried it out for my own site first. It has greatly increased my exposure across respected local business directories and apps that are searched by over 220 million people per month who spend $11 Trillion per year.

It is all about the exposure to potential customers searching for products and services that are local to them. They will search locally online first before they walk in the front door to do business with you. Yext is a great asset for businesses wanting expand their reach, elevate search rankings and increase brand recognition.
