At first I was trying to iCloud unlock a previous device, but they told me it had been lost/stolen which I had no idea about being as I bought it second hand. So then I got another device from sprint and bought they're unlock packaged and had to pay again, but when I emailed the customer support, they were very quick to respond and told me they'd refund the previous payment and my they ACTUALLY DID! Anyways I put in my unlock request on Tuesday, and got an email on Monday saying they needed a little more time sorta, and the next day it was UNLOCKED :) 6 Days. Most important thing to take from this is they're NOT SCAMMERS!
