Since my previous commentary on the most pretentious channel available to me, The Discovery Channel and all its affiliated shows have found that they can still continually promote all these shows for what seems to be a 24/7 nauseous love-in and still maintain a crazed TV audience. As much as I can actually say that there are shows that I do enjoy for some interesting content, there are many with these seemingly happy well-paid hosts and their own promotions, who consider themselves and their programs cutesy-important and indispensable to the viewer. Many actually pay for this privilege on streaming; combine that with the Channels' intolerable, embarrassing and harassing loud mouth ads, Discovery is like a bad cold that just does not want to go away. I pick a few, mute the ads, and stay away from anything offered by their advertisers, their hosts or their channels. They make a joke out of what television is suppose to be.

The Discovery Channel has "discovered" the worst of the worst ability to annoy and incense viewers of some of their programs with incessant, long, tedious and monotonous promos of their steaming service that seem to be shown every moment of every day. Buy from one of their "stars"--no way. They ought to be ashamed of themselves as they lower themselves to the standards of greedy management and the intolerable "plus" service that isn't even that good.
