ORNAMENTAL BIRD/BELL GARDEN STAKES BY ANCIENT GRAFFITI BRAND HAVE BELLS HANGING AT AN ANGLE AND OBVIOUS SOLDER SPOTS. I ASKED TO EXCHANGE BUT BEST NEST AFTER CONTACTING THIS MANUFACTURER STATES THESE ARE NORMAL AND WILL NOT EXCHANGE FOR US SAYING REPLACEMENTS WOULD BE THE SAME.

It would be safer to order from a more reputable company such as Amazon next time for returns of any poor quality items
