I tried the free app for about 15 minutes, then cancel it. I have since been charged 4 times. I have disputed with the company and they say I don't have an account. 10 plus emails and every other one tells me to cancel my account or that I don't have an account. I have now disputed it with my bank. I had to cancel my card and now wait 7-10 days for a new bank card. Don't use this app! Youll get ripped off!

I'd like to clarify that having an account is one thing and having a subscription is another. The app is free in its basic version, which means that subscriptions are completely optional. Furthermore, deleting your account will not cancel your subscription because it is managed by an external service (Google Play or iTunes, for example). That is why you were charged after deleting your account.
