Stay away! They do not communicate with you during the process. I finally got my boots and after wearing them 3 times the sole is about ready to fall off! Of course I cannot get ahold of anyone there and Uggs warranty does not apply because they are not an authorized dealer. It is my opinion they are selling fake Uggs! Please stay away from this site. Spend a little more and get them from a registered Ugg dealer. I sure wish I had!
