Recently placed an order but could not read the new update they sent me a link after taking my money telling me I ordered from the wrong Warehouse so I fix the issue now they are refusing to send me my new order and trying to charge me for items I have not received they have scans £139 I had emailed them every single day just for them to keep sending me another payment link my mate has done the same thing but he prepared the link and he has been charged for times now this company is not worth it the customer satisfaction has gone down do not order if you're from UK

Apologies for the delay, but it occured because you've ordered items that can be shipped within EU only. After Brexit UK is no longer in the EU. There is a warning for UK customers explaining what products can be shipped to the UK after Brexit on the main page of our website, plus on the checkout page and plus on your account page.
As we explained in the message sent after the order, we do not require any additional payment from you, all we needed is for you to let us know if there are some products that interest you from the warehouse that can ship to the UK, so that we can change the products in your order. We did not mean that you must pay again in any way, so the second order you placed and paid was refunded and the original order has already been shipped to you with the products that you have chosen from the correct warehouse.
