Order placed 11/17. Received nothing after the order confirmation. I send email 12/8, inquiring where is my order. Email received 12/9 titled refund but ZERO refund stated in email. No explanation. My credit card was then charged the full amount of the order on 12/11. I sent another email 12/12 asking to explain this and update on my order and I have received nothing! Left a phone message and created a "ticket" on their website. I have not received correspondence or my order from a month ago!
