The delivery times gives are not accurate times keep getting extended out by months with empty I'm sorry statements given to you as the customer. And you can only talk to someone on a 1300 number ( if you can understand them they also take no responsibility) you can't talk to your local store you ordered through.
Then when your finally long overdue sofa is due to be delivered their incompetent staff book you in on the wrong delivery day ( a day when they don't do deliveries to your area) so then your delivery is Even further delayed. They are really happy to take your money in advance but not take any responsibility or pride is delivering your product as promised
Crappy service crappy excuses incompetent staff if I could give a zero star I would
Tip for consumers:
They are inaccurate with their delivery times double whatever delivery time they quote you
You cannot complain or sort any issues out with a nice staff member you dealt with in the store you have to go to a 1300 number probably overseas
